Duxbury Kennel in The Pines History
The Duxbury kennel was previously operated under the name Beresford Kennel. This gorgeous five acre property is the perfect setting for your pet to come "out to the country" while you are traveling. We have added many upgrades including three large fenced playfields, central air conditioning and a security and environmental monitoring system. Visiting cats will enjoy our cat cottage which is a separate building that is very sunny, quiet and cozy. For the dogs the playfields overlook the horse farm next door and the walking path winds through the beautiful pine forest. You can be sure that your pet will receive the same level of care that you have come to expect from Cohasset Kennel. As many of you know, I am a Registered Nurse and I understand trust and accountability as well as infection control. Steve and I have worked closely with the area veterinarians who are familiar with our high standards of care and are confident referring their clients to us.
At Duxbury Kennel In The Pines we board dogs, cats, birds and pocket pets, paying close attention to each pet's special needs and ensuring that all pets are safe, well fed and happy during their visit. Beyond our standard exceptional care, we take pride in the fact that we are known for our ability to cater to the senior pet as well as others will special needs such as prescription diets, medication or mobility issues.
